  • to keep a record of your past orders, so we can display them to you and allow you to reorder an item again;
  • from time-to-time to contact you by electronic messages such as email or SMS/text, with your permission, to conduct surveys about your experiences with the Service;
  • to improve our Service to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

• All information you give when using the Service is also provided to the restaurant. The restaurant collects, uses and discloses this information in accordance with its own practices. If you have questions about the restaurant’s handling and storage of your information or their privacy policy, please contact the restaurant directly.
• Third party payment processors solely in connection with authorization and processing of your order.
• Suppliers and service providers we engage to provide services to us (such as file storage, technical, infrastructure, platform, or applications services).
• Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Service.

We may disclose your information to third parties:

• In the event that we decide to sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
• If substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal information held by us will be one of the transferred assets.

Where We Store Your Personal Information

SpeedLine is based in British Columbia, Canada.

The SpeedLine platform and the information it stores are hosted on our or our service provider’s servers located in the United States (and may be backed-up in other locations) and cached in the country of origin for users outside of the United States. Our payment processors and restaurants may be located worldwide.

In the event that we share your personal information with restaurants, payment processors, or service providers as described in this policy, your information may be processed and stored in the country where they are located.

Personal information may be subject to disclosure under the laws of jurisdictions where the personal information is stored or handled and it may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of those jurisdictions.

Your Responsibility for Privacy

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
